Exchanges and Returns

We care a lot about your satisfaction and that's why we want to make the rules clear.

Please know that for any withdrawal, defect or non-conformity, you have every right to exchange or return it. But for this it is important that you are aware that we do not make the exchange if the product has been violated.

The refund process for withdrawal or defect of the product will only be initiated after receipt and checking of its conditions. We are not responsible for your olfactory satisfaction with the product, so make sure what you are purchasing and we will be available for any clarification on it. This policy extends to all products available in our store.

• All our customers have 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the product, to exchange or return. To authorize the exchange or return, the customer must inform Essências Japan via email info@essenciasjapan.com or by phone, mentioning why he wants to exchange or return.

Our attendants will analyze your request and provide you with the procedures for making the exchange or return.

We will not be able to exchange or return products outside the conditions mentioned above.

• Deadlines for exchanges and returns

If the product presents conditions for exchange or return, Essências Japan will send the customer a new product within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of arrival of the claimed product.

• Shipping costs Exchanges or returns within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product without confirmation of defects are the responsibility of the consumer.

The exchange requested due to a manufacturing defect or damage incurred in transport will be the responsibility of the Japan essences
